How pricing scales
Each package starts at an entry tier and scales through additional volume tiers as usage grows. Business plans start at R75, Accounting Firms plans start at R2250, and Property Management plans start at R3250. Once usage moves beyond the upper tier for your package, hybrid billing applies so you can keep scaling without disruption.

How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access with up to 25 invoice submissions and no credit card required. It's the easiest way to explore VendorFlow before committing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime and your subscription stays active until the end of your billing month. While refunds are not offered, we can pause or cancel your account without hassle.
What happens if I go over my invoice limit?
VendorFlow uses a hybrid billing model. You pay the monthly subscription for your tier, and if you exceed your invoice limit, extra usage is billed at month-end. There are no interruptions - just seamless scaling.
Is pricing based on the number of companies or users?
No. You can add unlimited companies and users to your subscription. Pricing is based on the number of invoices processed, not the number of clients or staff users you manage.
Do you offer bulk discounts or custom pricing?
Yes. We offer multiple plan options across Business, Accounting, and Property Management use cases. For higher volumes or special requirements, contact sales@vendorflow.tech.
What accounting systems does VendorFlow work with?
VendorFlow integrates directly with Sage Accounting and Xero via API. For WeConnectU, we support the workflow today through automation-based publishing, and deeper direct integration is planned once APIs are available.
